Refund and Exchange Policy
Global Electronics Network ® is proud to offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 15 days of purchase for a refund or exchange (subject to the exclusions and terms below). Please note that some products are non-returnable or are subject to a shorter return period, as specified below. Simply return your purchase in like-new condition in the original packaging with all contents(including product manuals, accessories and warranty information) and your original receipt or packing slip.
Return or Exchange by Mail
You can also return or exchange your online purchase by mail by following the 3 easy steps below:
First, contact Customer Service at 1-877-566-4323 to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) and for information on where to ship your return.
Next, pack all of the original packaging together including: product (must have the original manufacturer box or carton); all original packing materials; manuals; accessories and warranty information. Include inside the box a paper with the RMA# and order number. Include the RMA# on the outside of the box as well.
Ship it. So that you have proof of delivery, we recommend that you return items via UPS ground or insured USPS. Shipping charges are your responsibility, unless the product was damaged, defective or the wrong item was shipped, in which case, we will credit you for all reasonable shipping charges.
With a few exceptions,refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase.Refunds over $250 will be made by check within 30 business days if the original purchase was made with cash or check. If the original purchase was made using a credit card, debit card or credit card, the refund will be given through a credit to the original account. PayPal refunds will be made by check within 30 business days. Purchases made with an Global Electronics Network may be refunded as astore credit. Please allow 14 to 21 business days for processing online refundsor exchanges. For purchases by check, refunds will be made by check and are subject to confirmation that your check has cleared.
Our pledge to you in the best service possible and this extends to our returns policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, call our support team for an RMA number and return instructions to ensure a smooth return process. Returns without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will not be accepted. Returns can be made within 30 days from the date the merchandise was received. Refunds will be issued via same payment method used at the time of purchase and will be to the value of items being returned minus any restocking fees.

Terms and Conditions:
All returns must be made within 30 days from the date merchandise was received.
- Returns without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will not be accepted.
- Products returned using an RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) number in the first 15 days after purchase will be exempt from a restocking fee, pending our
- inspection, while the remaining 15 days will incur a 20% restocking fee.
- Goods must be returned in the same condition as they were received, in the original box, and include all packing materials, documentation, and accessories.
- All items must be returned in a shipping carton or postal bag not just the manufacturers packaging.
- Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
- Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly displayed on the outer box to ensure a smooth return.
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend that items be returned via insured ground service with a tracking number as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
- Global Electronics Network is not responsible for personal data, or items left in returned merchandise so please check your equipment carefully before returning.
- Defective items may be repaired or exchanged.
- Global Electronics Network is not responsible for any damage resulting from the sale, installation or misuse of any products purchased from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
- We also reserve the right to refuse returns based on product condition or failure to meet above criteria.
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
